We get it, sometimes things just do not work out; if, for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily provide you with a refund or exchange in-store, or a refund online, subject to the following:

We are so confident you will love your Léays bras, briefs and sleepwear that we offer a completely free return window across these categories. Wear them, wash them, live in them for up to 21 days - if they are not everything we promised, send them back. No questions asked, no return fee. This offer excludes final sale items.

We are so confident you will feel the difference that we offer a completely free return window on all BODYFUSION products. Wear it, wash it, live in it for up to 21 days - if your skin does not feel softer and more nourished, send it back. No questions asked, no return fee. As part of our exclusive offers, final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. We appreciate your understanding.
For Change of Mind/incorrect fit:
- Purchases must be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as an itemised Leays Store receipt or order confirmation email; and
- Products must be in their original condition; by this, we mean:
- Items should be in an unworn, unused condition and [for those items in boxes or sealed containers] in their original packaging, with barcoded ticket intact/attached.
- Beauty products must be returned with their tamper seals intact.
- 3 for 2 items can be returned individually but will be refunded based on the promotional price paid.
- If the original purchase contained a free item, this item must also be returned.
- Items with hygiene seals must be returned with the seals intact (such as our adhesive products).
We are unable to offer a refund on any Gift cards, e-Gift cards or sexual wellness products, such as vibrators.
We are unable to offer exchanges on any online orders returned to us by post. If you would like a different product, you will need to return the original item back to us and place a new order for your preferred product.
Returns without a proof of purchase can be exchanged in-store for other items of equal or higher value, or for a gift card of the same value [for returns in-store and by post].
Returns that are incomplete, unsaleable or do not meet the above conditions may be rejected, with all or part of the original price paid withheld. We will assess each return based on the above criteria and remain in contact with you at every step of your returns process.
All our products are of the highest quality, created in timeless shapes and shades; if the conditions within this returns policy are met, there is no date by which a return must be made.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact our customer service team with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the fault
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your request and get back to you as quickly as possible. If your item is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer you a full refund or replacement, including return postage costs.
