Step One | Measure to find your bra size

Underband

Wear a non-padded, underwire bra.

Stand in front of a large mirror.

Firmly wrap a soft measuring tape around your back directly underneath your bust, where your bra band sits.

Keep the measuring tape parallel to the floor and snug!

Exhale keeping the tape firm. Record your measurement.

Overbust

Wear a non-padded, underwire bra.

Stand in front of a large mirror.

Place your measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust, this is usually around the nipple. This measurement is your overbust.

Hold the tape gently, so it rests lightly on your body.

Ensure the tape is parallel to the floor.

Exhale while lightly pulling the tape. Record your measurement.
