All our products are of the highest quality, created in timeless shapes and shades; if the conditions within our returns policy are met, there is no fixed date by which a return must be made. 

FREE RETURNS ON FIRST ORDER
We will waive the fee on online returns for the first order you place with us. Simply select the first order return option when making your return.

If, for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily provide you with a refund online, or a refund or exchange in-store, subject to the following: 

For Change of Mind/incorrect fit:

We are unable to offer a refund on any Gift cards, e-Gift cards or sexual wellness products, such as vibrators.

Do not soak, bleach, rub or wring.
Remove promptly.
Do not tumble dry.
Line dry in the shade.
Cool iron on reverse if needed, excluding print or embellishment.
Do not dry clean.
